Fit Bride, Cherie // Vendors Worth Visiting + A Printable!

CHERIE-3Goodness, can we just take a moment to talk about the plethora of wedding vendors that are always on the horizon?
Every time you make a decision about one thing, something else catches your eye!

Yet, for those who are just starting the planning process… Perhaps you’re still looking for that special something that doesn’t show up in your typical store. To ease your creative stress, I’m bringing you 5 vendors that are uniquely you!

uniquely you vendor

1. BHLDN

As you lovely ladies already know, I am a huge anthro fan. All of their designers are on point! BHLDN is essentially anthro’s sister company that provides you with the same eclectic feel. They have it all – from the most adorable table numbers you ever did see all the way to affordable wedding gowns that bring home the feeling of boutique.

2. Grocery Stores

I know. You officially think I have lost my mind, but for those of you on a strict budget grocery stores can be a huge helper, especially if you’re DIY minded. A few ideas:

  • Whole Foods – They seriously have some of the best fresh flowers in town and will even offer to help arrange them. With bunches starting at only $3.00, it takes the stress out of the bouquet.
  • Wal-mart – Yep, even good ol’ WallyWorld features a great collection of country chic that could help you achieve the added effect without the cost
  • Standard Grocer – Since we are all on different coasts here, I won’t pick out one grocery store alone. Here in Georgia, our local grocer Kroger has an excellent bakery that takes custom orders and is super tasty. Check out this cake from a recent event.

4. Kirklands

I’m now shocking you, aren’t I? Last week, my mom and I snagged two of these trendy chalkboard signs at Kirklands for only twenty a piece. They’re the perfect detail for a dinner menu or welcome sign! Not only that, but they have other cool props like seating, lanterns, and more!

5. Minted

L. and I used Minted to create our one of a kind save-the-dates and boy oh boy were we pleased. Not to mention, they are pros at correcting any color discolorations or special requests. With designers at hand, you’re sure to get the perfect customized print whether it be invites or save-the dates. Not to mention, they have sales year round on wedding swag.

Cherie Save the Date

Before I leave y’all, I want to share some super exciting news: Lee and I are renters!

Yep, after a couple months of searching and pricing, we stumbled upon a cozy little town home in the perfect part of town. While I have to wait a little under six months to call it my home too, I decided to make a little something that would make it feel more like home for Lee. Are you a renter, too?
