Have you ever heard of the click?
It’s a term I use a lot with my workout buddy that refers to the moment/hour/day/time when you decide to change. You start eating healthy and exercising like you should; you say no to the junk food and sweets like you should; it’s as if something clicked and you decided: I want it. No excuses.
To be honest with you, we talk about the click as if it’s a thing of the past because we’ve both been there–when it’s totally clicking and we’re totally dedicated to our fitness and weight loss goals–but then there’s days, weeks, months, when we just can’t seem to get it together.
Do you have those times, too?
Unfortunately there’s no magic formula to making the click, happen.
But I can you that it starts with asking yourself: How bad do you want it?
I firmly believe that if you want it bad enough, it’s yours. And it’s just that simple.
