Recently I started soliciting local weddings for features on the blog because Virginia – lets face it! – inspires some really gorgeous weddings! When I received this one, I couldn’t believe my eyes because this is a local spot I know very well! In college, I used to live right next door to the historic Linden Row Inn in Richmond, VA. I was pleasantly surprised to see the Inn appears just as pretty and as charming now, as it was then!
The Linden Row Inn offers a cozy, yet classy atmosphere for rustic weddings. It’s the same blend of old and new you see in the contrast of these cowgirl boots up against the velvety tufted chair.
Add a lilac and sage bouquets with babies breath, chalkboard signs, tent lighting, and cobblestone streets and you’ve got a wedding that really exudes the city charm of Richmond, and the old world feel of this historic venue. Read about the history of the Linden Row Inn here!
Ashley and Otto were wed on May 3, 2014, at the gorgeous Linden Row Inn in downtown Richmond, Virginia. With touches of purple and sage, the wedding had touches of vintage with a twist on rustic country. Richmond offered the perfect day. We strolled the cobblestone streets, with laughter of the wedding party, we were able to capture the perfect sun setting images in the town with so much history as they are just beginning to write theirs.
Thank you Crystal Reyns Photography for this lovely feature!
Congratulations Ashley & Otto!
