Good morning guys! Happy Monday! I hope you are well rested from last week’s challenge! This week, I’m asking you to try a green smoothie or juice! I love green smoothies – there’s a multitude of flavor combinations, they’re full of healthy ingredients, and are great when you’re on the go! They’re a great way to get in a serving or two of fruit and vegetables, but here’s the trick: they often don’t taste like veggies at all!
