What I’m Loving Lately

On of my favorite bloggers often posts the a list of things she’s been loving lately and they’re some of my favorite reads! In an attempt to get back into blogging myself, without overwhelming you with the details of my very overwhelming job, I thought I’d just tell you some things I’ve been lovely lately! Whaddya say?
Athleta Sentry Hoodie Sweatshirt – Aaron got me an Athleta gift card for Christmas because everytime I walk into the store, I lose my mind because I feel like I want it ALL! I was so excited to go in there with a little cash last week and while it was tough to narrow down my purchases, I’m really happy with this large cowl neck sweater I snagged. It’s the most comfortable, warmest sweatshirt ever! I love it! The cowl neck is really cozy and I love the thumb holes. It oversized and comfy, and comes in 7 other color choices!

Waze – The free community-based traffic and navigation app is awesome! I’m in the car a lot these days and it’s so nice to have a navigation system I can rely on! I travel in and around DC, Maryland, and Northern VA, and I’m always amazed at the routes Waze takes me on. I also love that it alerts me to potholes and hazards ahead — even speed traps!

My new Target comforter! It’s amazing what a new comforter can do to a room! Our bed was looking pitful there for awhile, but now, the whole room has taken on a refreshed look. We also brought the TV stand in from the living room because Aaron was able to mount the TV, and I think the creme color really goes with with the bed and our lamps. Slowly but surely, it’s coming along! (I need curtains!)

Sumo Citrus – So I month ago I had never heard of Sumo Citrus but I’m so happy I stumbled on these guys – they’re delicious! I remember grazing around Whole Foods one day and seeing a big display sign for sumo citrus. I tasted a sample and was sold — even when I found out 4 cost close to $9! (Thanks #wholepaycheck) Um, but, dare I say it wasy worth it? This not your average orange people. Go, try, and be amazing.

Breakfast for dinner – I’ve wanted nothing but breakfast lately: eggs, bagels, donuts, and pancakes, even for dinner! I’m also loving toast or an english muffin with peanut butter and a sliced banana.  Also getting back into greek yogurt a little. I love keeping breakfast versatile!

Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Peels- (a best-seller on Sephora) I only bought the sample ($16), which came with five treatments, but during the week I used them I saw a big difference in my skin! It looked brighter, felt softer and clearer. I can’t wait to get more!

Hm, I love posts like these too! Maybe I will do one this week. 🙂
I have never heard of sumo citrus and obvs can’t use Waze, but what girl doesn’t have her favorite Sephora product?? Haha. I think I always have to say UD potion primer sits at the top of my fav list because it’s mandatory for everyday to keep my shadow in place, but I also totally love the overpriced Smashbox brow pen because it’s super handy. I so wish we had a Sephora in Switzerland so I could go spend my whole paycheck there! 🙂
