The Tone it Up girls, Karena and Katrina have just launched their Wedding Series which will include everything from goal setting to place settings! Katrina is recently engaged and the girls say this has been in the works for awhile!

:: 90-Day Best Body Challenge from Oxygen Mag ::
It’s no secret that Oxygen is my favorite magazine! It’s a great resource for women who want to learn about fitness and nutrition, and one thing I love is the comprehensiveness- this Best Body Challenge, for instance, comes with everything you need to be successsful:
- Grocery list
- Meal plan
- Daily workouts
- Training Log

Month 1 & Month 2 are currently available for download. It looks awesome, guys. It’s especially great for those of us just getting into weight training. Here’s a quick snippet from the website:
It’s important to remember that during theses first four weeks, you need to take your sets to failure – the point at which you can’t squeeze out another rep.
:: Tribe Sports Challenges ::
I just discovered Tribe Sports and to be honest, I’m a bit overwhelmed! There’s SO MUCH to take in- workouts (or what they call “challenges”) of ALL kinds:
- 4 Weeks Without Soda Drinks
- 25 Squats a Day for 7 Days
- 100 Crunches a Day for 2 Weeks
- 2 Liters of Water a Day for a Month
- 30 Push-ups in One Go
First you have to become a Tribe Sports member by registering with your email. I’m usually hesitant to do this, but once I got in, I got excited! You can enter a challenge and begin to share with other members who are also doing that challenge! (You can post updates, questions, even pictures.) Or, you can start your own challenge! I love it!

There’s definitely no shortage of workouts here girls! If you’re bored and need to mix things up, I think Tribe Sports is the place to find new challenges to keep you motivated.
