Motivated Mondays: Sweat & Tears

Happy Monday everyone! It’s raining and cold in DC, and there’s a delay for Federal workers, which means I don’t have to be at work until noon! Woo hoo! I had a busy weekend preparing posts and I’ve got A LOT in store for this week!
Of course, before I get to those posts, I like to start Monday’s off with a motivational quote. Today’s quote was inspired by a friend of mine who is going through a really rough time 🙁 We work out together and a few weeks ago, I said this to her as we were sweating it out on the row machine. She said it’s stuck with her ever since!

I swear, working out is the best form of therapy!


I’ve mentioned before how helpful it was to work out during the wedding planning and still today, two years after our wedding, I look forward to that hour at the gym each day when I can tune out the world, my worries, my problems, and focus on just me.
