My New Home Office

“There’s no place like home.”

SONY DSCIf you guys followed my old blog, you know I put a lot of energy into revamping the space to suit our style. Then, we moved! (Go figure!) I love change so the move didn’t bother me that much (actually, I was excited to decorate a new space!) but, things never move along fast enough and a space never really feels done. Well, I finally decided it was time to share my new home office – done or not.

We share a townhouse and the bottom level is our domain. I setup the desk by our sliding glass doors because I love the natural light that comes in. There’s only one other window in the downstairs so this is prime real estate. I hope to share more of our home with you soon! In the meantime, here’s a peak at where I do a lot of my blogging:

My collage of printed 4×4 instagrams is a DIY project that took on a life of it’s own… it was supposed to be an inspiration board with cards and such, but I got carried away with Printicular, a fairly new app that allows you to print instagram photos at a nearby Walgreens within the hour! I love it! The base is an old frame and I used twine and mini clothespins to hang the photos; the tassels are leftover decor from my Valentine’s Day themed girl’s night!

The “Be Still” print is one of my other favorite office details. It was sent to me by wedding planner extroadaire Jacin of Lovely Little Details. I’ve been following her blog since before she got married and since before she started planning weddings… I heart the woman and totally envy her work! Thank you for this lovely print, Jacqin! I treasure it!

So there you have it, my new home office! You can see the old office here.

What’s your home office look like? Do you have any favorite office details?

Do you display your instagrams? Have you heart of Printicular?
