Smoothies are great for snacking or replacing a meal, like lunch.

Smoothie Recipe: Strawberry Ginger Shake
Serves: 2
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 banana (small-medium size)
  • 1/4 cup fresh ginger
  • Squeeze of lime
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup of ice
  1. Blend until smooth!
